Dear All

I am an academic who has written a paper on the long-term consequences of 490 death spirals issued by 277 firms during the period 1995-1998. The paper examines in detail contract design and the consequences of contract design for long-term performance. As all of you on this board are experts, I would appreciate greatly any comments you may have.
