You're right, the CNN piece is a good piece. I can see why Gates would be upset by the incident but I can also see why the officer would be upset as well. I don't disagree with that characterization at all, Neal. My point is that being upset is not grounds for an arrest. Talking back to a police officer should not be grounds for arrest. And I'm not even assuming that happened in this case. My point is that if it did, it's still not grounds.
