If we get one more washout day tomorrow and assault BTK 460, I am seriously thinking of redeploying some money from OTC to Biotech in Rydex. I think Biotech is going to seriously outperform the market in the next leg up. Still have my biotech ETF's. I have been dead wrong in OTC year to date and should have been in RUT or elsewhere. However, I also believe we are close to putting in another important higher bottom and OTC is going to rally. Best Regards, J.T.
