I tried DAD's new Cadbury Caramilk ice cream, and while it is very good, it needs improvement, IMO.

Basically, there are no Caramilk chocolate bar pieces in the ice cream, and I don't know why.

They put in slabs of Cadbury's chocolate big enough to choke a horse. These have no resemblance to a Caramilk bar AT ALL. Sure, the taste is the same, but let's face it, a Caramilk bar consist of those little pieces with the liquid filled center! None of those in here!

Back to the drawing board DAD! I'd suggest getting in a supply of the real chocolate bars, and figuring out how to get those lovely little squares into your ice cream! And in solid little pieces, too. Surely this is possible in this day and age, what with liquid nitrogen around which can freeze those squares so solid no amount of agitation as they are added to the mix would alter their shape.

At least give us some whole squares to make the experience of eating the ice cream exciting. After all, looking for those well known squares is half the fun. The other half is the flavor, and that you do have, now.

Good luck, DAD
