Checking and savings accounts, uncashed checks, securities, insurance benefits, oil royalties, utility refunds/deposits, wages/commissions and dividends are examples of unclaimed property. ``TRACKER is the premier software choice for complying with state-specific unclaimed property laws because of FREEDOM's proactive approach to compliance, and quality customer service,'' said Perdichezzi.
