Well, Zeev, I'm not trying to be particularly disputatious, but if the whores (excuse me) lawyers, can sue companies that hve earnings surprises, I for one certainly don't blame mgmnt for keeping their mouths shut until they actually have live orders in hand, signed, sealed, and delivered. Anything else, and you're just providing ammunition to the pigs that are suing them now.
