That's not skewing..that's just a small sample size. Lots of room for error in either direction. There are other sentiment indicators though i.e VIX. This was posted last Thurs. 4.8% gain and 92% win rate 3 mos later... The most-ever put options traded on CBOE relative to calls. More than 3 times as many ETF puts as calls as well. This will be pounced on as a contrary indicator, and it mostly is. Mostly.
