Snopes has been debunked over recent years as a fake site, they're highly politically driven... I've seen that evidence myself but it's not worth the time here to look for it again... If bankruptcy was not filed, then it wasn't needed... bankruptcy is a form of corporate restructuring, no restructuring was needed in those businesses, therefore no bankruptcy was required... Uninformed and uneducated people toss big words around as if they themselves are the experts, but they're clueless... So much fake big news is made from the smallest unrelated bits of info... GZ
