It's too bad that a company that lost billions in market cap for their investors gets to bully people like the DONK who criticize and poke fun of the company. It's too bad that a company that can't preserve shareholder value can go after one of it own shareholders and customers. This little stunt of ET probably just cancelled the millions they spent in advertising this past SuperBowl. Would customers and shareholders defect to another broker over this? The Donk should have gone to court, but I understand his money concerns. However, weren't his posts about CC selling shares during the EGRP decline from $72 1/4 and didn't CC in fact sell shares? Truth is a defense to libel... P.S. This will probably prompt a ET lawsuit for criticizing the company....
