The ruling that the SOS must not arbitrarily refuse to accept votes turned in after yesterday's deadline means she simply needs to have A reason. This reason would no doubt be the subject of intense litigation but I can't imagine a court stopping a legal decision by the State of Florida from proceeding and thus, by that very action, decide the election in favor of Gore. The democrats clearly want to continue counting until they get it left. Regards, Greg
