Burkhard, Vielen dank for the info. I have been waiting for some good news on this one. I would think the perception would be positive. (Any move would be perceived as postitive since what they are doing now certainly is not) Unless the purchase would be far below book value (price to book currently at .7), we would hope that $5 share is an achievable short term level. I wonder how they will slice the XLCT portion of this for shareholders. --- JJ
