Why vote again? People should check off their W2 forms who they voted for and be dealt accordingly. For those who is in favor with Gore should be paying higher taxes, including S/S, and get services as you had mentioned. The rest will get tax cuts and no more S/S taxes plus the rebate from the portion of S/S withholding by the employer.
