Hi Clinton, I do have MSFT, and added to my position today (on the dip--got lucky). My feeling is that MSFT will do well in spite of their legal problems. Heard that they've brought out their "best and brightest" lawyers and it's unlikely they'll end up paying the penalty. Who knows what the future might bring, but I'm a postive, long-term investor who feels lucky to have bought on what I consider a low. IBM's earnings were pretty postitive, I thought. I'm resigned to Intel's near-term flatness, but am used to these feelings. When it zooms, it REALLY zooms... and that will happen again. Diane
