re BDX - it's a good company with a strong balance sheet. they dominate or are at least a strong player in many of their markets. Their products have a top notch reputation. Net debt is only 400M$. The bio-instrumentation sector has decent growth prospects. I think they can in the high single digits organically, probably a little more with acquisitions. I follow it, but i don't think it's a great bargain yet.
