Let me add something to my previous post.
The individual you are thinking about is Mitch Feinglas, and yes he works for his wifes co. as a consultant to Sytron. He is still the CHAIRMAN not the President or CFO.
The previous President and CFO who resigned are Rob Howard and Mike Fitzsimmons respectively.
