China's Number One IP Network Solutions Provider Huawei-3Com Will Participate in Joint R&D Efforts with FalconStor and Commits to a Multi-Year, Multi-Million Dollar Sales Arrangement

MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FalconStor Software, Inc., the premier developer of adaptive data protection solutions, and Hangzhou Huawei-3Com Technology Co. Ltd, a leading global manufacturer of IP network solutions, announced today that they have expanded their strategic partnership in IP Network Storage to include joint R&D activities in China and a multi-year, multi-million dollar commitment.

Products will include the breadth of FalconStor's offerings including virtual tape library, continuous data protection, disaster recovery and virtualization.
