VIX broke a double bottom and is currently just above 30.
This is a bullish config, but I also think that it is
getting extended. Still very much in a healthy range, so I
don't think we have seen the full extent of the rally. I
Think we see a PB that corresponds to a VIX reading of 34,
I think that would be a major buyin point. This is assuming
a wall of worry scenario rather than a mania scenario.
