My records show it wasn't Merrill who raised the Bid but NAWE raised it to 4 13/16 at 14:35:12 and then NAWE raised it again to 7/8 at 14:36:36. MLCO was on the Offer at 15/16 and lifted the offer at 14:40:02. It don't think MLCO was in it at all.

I believe NAWE bought all the shares from some fund or family of funds and as soon as the transaction finished he tried to act like a big buyer and goose the stock higher which worked. He ended up the day sitting on 700,000 shares at 5/8 point higher than he paid.

I don't believe he sold any big blocks (>20k) to anyone after he bought them, so he still has tons.
