Wall Street Associates, a Florida-based financial public relations firm, to establsh a national investor relations campaign.
Wall Street Associates is a wholly owned subsidiary of Millenium Holdings Group, Inc.
Under the agreement, Wall Street Associates, shall implement a five-part investor relations program including stockbroker
relations, media relations, shareholder/investor communications and Internet coverage.
Wall Street Associates is a full-service financial relations firm based in Boca Raton, Fla. Wall Street Associates specializes in
micro-cap and middle market NASDAQ-listed companies, providing nationwide representation to members of the investment
community.
DelSoft Consulting, Inc. provides computer system integration and software engineering and development services to
customers in several industries. Their primary business is to supply its customers with programmers and systems engineers on a
contractual basis.
