CL, the other, I asked Maxam what they could tell me about Turtle. My request was passed on to Mr. Runyon, but Mike made the following comments: <<For your information Turtleback Mountain Gold Co., Inc. was incorporated on March 22, 1995 in the state of Arizona. The present property holdings of Turtleback consist of approximately 105 association placer mining claims. These claims were sold to Turtleback by the owners for shares in Turtleback. Turtleback is a fully registered and reporting company and to my knowledge is in the process of being listed on the Nasdaq BB as an OTC stock.>>
