Goverments have no altruism, and they have no right to force altruism on its people. Would you want me to create a tax to give money to homeless white supremecists in Germany? No, this is why it is wrong to use a goverment to form social policy. If you want to be alturistic, fine, there are thousands of not for profits that want your help. Leave the goverment to 2 role only: protection of its people protection of its economy Other people have their own goverment to look out for them.
