I opened an account at amex but have yet to trade. I have heard horror stories and some good ones. They seem to be way behind the other OLB's but are apparently trying to improve. I read where one fellow couldn't wait to transfer his money back to schwab and was more than happy to pay commisions after the experiences he had at amex. I'll let you know how my experience with them goes when I start trading. HiTech
