USS to acquire GTI's assets and GTI to start new business: thecse.com Glenbriar and Uniserve have been integrating their platforms and service offerings over the past 2 months. Once this transition is complete, Glenbriar intends to sell its information technology services business to Uniserve, and to pursue new opportunities. A shareholder’s meeting is expected to be called in the coming weeks to formally ratify this transition.
