Yes, where are all of those people? After the run up of AMTX and then the incredible crash, I think that many forget what great potential Aware represented. Then of course we had the WS expert trashing the potential of the stock and the value of it in general which was a real slight to many of the same investors who like you back when AMTX was 6 didn't know the company or much about the technology and depend on ACCURATE assessments of the companies potential. To think that AWRE would be flat when it opened just slightly above the IPO price available to insiders, has similar potential to AMTX, was substantially priced below AMTX and all the others, and was offered at a time when ADSL is bullish; it is just simply ridiculous to think that WS wasn't interested in Aware. Look at the volume on Awre on the IPO day. I think that this should prove to many the utter unreliability of these meaningless "heard on the street" posts!!! It really gets me how people set themselves up as experts giving "objective" advice and yet are clearly ra ra'ing one company over all others. When do we EVER see equal attention given to the other EXCELLENT investments in xDSL technology. I just hate the I love my stock thinking as opposed to going for the OBVIOUS opportunities. I heard not one person on AMTX acknowledge what a steal WSTL was at 24. Then AWRE gets trashed. The AMTX threads need some rethinking! It is not that I believe that SI can influence stock price which I don't think it can; and I don't need therefore to hype a stock I am in; it will perform on its own merits. It is just MISINFORMATION that I don't like. If people are biased they ought to state that the bias is what is driving them. I only love a stock as long as it is going to love me back. Otherwise, what kind of a relationship is that?
