A significant choice by Biden, Trump's luck, for history to judge:

Joe Biden has admitted what we have known since 2021. Merrick Garland was a bad choice for Attorney General. Garland’s hesitance in prosecuting Donald Trump allowed Trump to run for president and win back the White House. Garland should have been removed from office after his first year.
