Susan, many funds close their books as of Nov 30. This year not many funds wanted to show NEON in their portfolios so selling continued heavily right through the end of November. Now in December we have only to worry about individuals selling for tax loss purposes. <g> Typical broker: "Hello, Mr Jones, you have some big gains this year and if you were to sell NEON you could off-set some of those gains. So I would suggest you kick it out of your portfolio for the tax loss." And so it will go perhaps right down to the wire this year.
