Since I answered no to your first question, the second is irrelevant. Freedom of association is not restricted to minorities. It applies to the KKK as well, who can legally exclude blacks. Yes, the constitution guarantees arseholes the right form groups.

This isn't really a question, but a rhetorical statement. Obama appealed to enough Americans win in the electoral college and become elected President of the United States. Twice.
