If you're a short term trader, you set up a stop loss based on your tolerance. Maybe you've stepped over your threshhold. There's a lot of dynamic energy in FTEL: New customers, products etc as well as kinetic energy: Once the S-1 goes through then the IPO is likely, for instance. If you don't know what you've got, you can't really call yourself a short term trader then, can you? It's all economic physics. It doesn't have to be complicated but those are the breaks.
