Recap of Prime equities and intercompany transactions.

I really think this entire issue becomes one that has to be addressed as all the companies because they all fall under the same umbrella.

So what do we have:
- 14 companies
- Little cash
- No activity
- Prime Equites - the parent company with lots of cash

Here is another thing that has been really bothering me and I have not had time to research it fully: ( I was in bed and I got up to write this)
- all 14 companies have securities as liquid assets on the balance sheets
- the amounts seem odd - they seem high for the size of these companies
- composition of these securities and transaction history not public info.

My Hypothesis is that If I could find the detail for the securities of these 14 companies that I would find the following:
1. - that they own each other and that when needed one stock will be trade as part of the pump and then dumped.
2. - That this is not part of the insider trading reports because it does not have to be - ( I may be wrong here)

Other questions - What non-arms length security transactions take place between the companies and especially between PQE and the companies and are those transactions at the current market prices???
