None, yet. I have a new problem that appeared yesterday when I received a letter from my bank indicating they reprocessed the check in question, now for the correct amount. Since I have already paid Norwest for the check they processed incorrectly, I have now paid double. I have to get to the bank Monday morning to make sure I transfer money from one account to another, in order not to be overdrawn.

Kecia assured me this would not happen.

Until I get resolution in my favor, I will continue to post accounts of Norwest's inept handing of my account.

I calculate that incorrect posting of my payment may result in $3,000 extra interest over the life of the loan. Do you think I have reason to be upset?
