Re: Dan, it is insane that so many places want to serve sizzling hot pizza to people who are buying food expected to be immediately and quickly consumed, food that literally can cause painful mouth burns if not left to sit for 20 minutes. I know. What bastards. I mean, no one ever orders pizza and takes it home for a party occurring an hour later. Same thing with the coffee-- people never order complete meals with the expectation of not getting to the coffee twenty minutes later when the McBurger, McFries, and McFlurry have been consumed. It also amazes me that in the case of these "Send a message" lawsuits, it doesn't occur to people that maybe it's kind of bad to give some random schmuck $n million dollars for, say, spilling coffee on herself. The money should at least go to a charity, rather than serving as a Lotto prize for litigious losers. -Eric
