TMOT has always been scammy They worked with Ziasun selling their shares to foreignors and never turning over the actual shares. They ripped off so many people. 90% of their press releases were pure lies. Money was always in the mail. Deals were always up in the air. They did have a nice product and good marketing. They lacked a real business plan, adequate financing and management/manufacturing experience. It cost more to build their bikes then what they could sell them for. They were forced by their bank to liquidate last year. They went BK january 9 at close of books this year. They received 250k and 250k in BK to keep the lights on so they can try and sell the name. Last year they asked 22 lending institutions for money before they liquidated and went BK. 20 said no instantly. The remaining 2 ultimately said no also. The Keery's ran the show and stole from the company by ordering and not paying for bikes which went to their own stores. They were forced to close those stores. They lost their floor financing and had to buy back bikes. Dealers have no financing so they can't have the bikes on their floors now. It's over. Right now they say they are expecting millions in financing. How, why? They couldn't get money before they went bankrupt and liquidated. Why would anyone give them money now. They just need to stroke some people a little while longer before they legally close the doors. I still think it's funny that the fake pumper wants to sue me because I wouldn't be quiet and let him steal from people. A few fake pumpers got trapped in umcc because I posted the truth about their financial situation last year. They're still in there kicking and screaming like little kids, calling me every name in the book. Funny.
