RE:And if FL SC are disrespected, then just the Floridians are disrespected. True! The USSC didn't dis the FLSC, they were just putting them in their place! Making law is for the legislature, the courts are supposed to interpret the law not make new ones. RE:And who really cares about the old folks and the cubans eh!!!!!! I'm 50, so I'm pretty close to being a "seasoned citizen" myself. Clinton and Gore didn't care about the Cubans and it just might lose them the presidency!
