RT didn't really have a choice did he??Controlling interest he never had in WSP nor did we get another offer from any other Company.What would have happened if RT sad no way and told shareholders no to sell and the stock dropped from the offer back to 2 bucks?RT could have been liable for it.
No Question about it WSP was in a rock and hard place and out of cash too at the time.
