Every county in the country has different voting mechanisms, counting mechanisms, voting hours, parking, weather, access, election supervisory personalities, lighting, documentation, etc, etc.....
To focus on one particular detail of the counting mechanism, and to insist on applying that uniformly is absurd. The law specifically gives counties leeway to decide for themselves. I understand that this is not a pro-Bush law, so it does not apply to you.
Nevertheless, why don't you argue about something more meaningful, like how many angels can dance on the head of a pin?
