I have finally figured out, I think, how to defend (or at least explain) the far left who have questioned some of Obama's actions, much to the disdain of many dems.
If Obama says something or does something and Bill Moyers or Robert Reich tell us it is wrong, who would you believe? Most old dems know both Moyers and Reich are not only truth tellers, and brilliant, but also politically savvy. The hard left are going to go with Moyers and Reich. And even if it means going against their party.
Then add Krugman, Jeffrey Sachs, Rachel Maddow, Chris Hays, Ezra Klein, Matt Taibbi, et al, well, you get the idea. |
