This brings a smile to my face. I just hope he actually has to pay it. Something tells me he will spend large sums appealing it to avoid having to pay anything out. Long ago, I refuse to spend a dime at overstock because he is such a clown even if they had something I wanted for the best price. (And they almost never do)
