EEGC/Smartwin settlement comment from Paul Batista To all who are concerned about the Smartwin/EEGC settlement: Paul Batista May 4 at 10:25 PM I ignore the insanity of Investorshub and the cowardly anonymity of Drunken Sailor and his cohorts or aliases. But some of the bizarre comments from that source have been brought to my attention and require a comment. I can authorize you to post if you wish that Justice Oing, a gifted and highly intelligent judge, has placed on the definitive public docket that the case is settled. I can also authorize you to say that the highly confidential settlement documents required signatures on three continents. Every party with any genuine interest has now signed the confidential documents. The press release to which Smart Win explicitly agreed, as Paul Batista mentioned last month, will soon be the only part of the confidential settlement agreement that will be publicly released. It will refer to the settlement's "empowerment" of Empire. Drunken Sailor will have to drink something more lethal than the pure vitriol about Empire and Mr. Bendall than he has been throwing up for the last five years. Sent from my iPad Less
