As Bob says I'm glad you finally found it. I posted this info. in late Oct. or early Nov. My 5.9% interest post.

So I don't think this is the reason the stock is down. (like in down again) <g>

BTW Larry is correct in that the U.S. Government has an interest in many of the patents were U.S. funds were used in research grants. This is an old subject and while clarification as to the extent of this interest would be nice, we have been assured in the past that this does not mean no one else has an interest.
