  EXALL PROJECTS UPDATE
Exall Resources has provided an overview of the latest developments on its projects.
  Gold Eagle mine property
Diamond drilling has commenced on Exall's Gold Eagle mine property, which is currently under option to Southern Star Resources Ltd. (see Stockwatch Oct. 10, 2002). In Stockwatch Aug. 5, 2003, Southern Star stated that Chibougamau Diamond Drilling Ltd. has been engaged to drill a minimum of 1,500 metres on the property. The drill targets were identified by geophysical anomalies detected through recently completed IP, mag and VLF surveys. These anomalies confirmed previous theories on the property and outlined one new target.
The first target is on the 46 zone, which is approximately 750 metres due south of the McKenzie Red Lake mine, which produced over 650,000 ounces of gold. Other targets along the eastern border joining the Cochenour Willians mine, which produced 1.8 million ounces, will also be drill tested in the current program.
  Jayar, Alta.
Four of the company's 25 wells have been successfully worked over to date with a resultant increase in production. Further news on the wells' production will be announced as soon as a stabilized flow rate has been achieved.
  Exall Web site
Exall has launched an updated Web site at www.exall.com, which will give shareholders and other interested parties an updated overview of the corporation's current activities and strategy for the future.
