Schaub just bought CyberCorp. Here is what kind of company they bought! Today at Cyber Corp I had problems with my options Beta display so I called tech support, I followed their guidance and they found nothing wrong, they sent me to brokerage where again nothing was found wrong so they sent me to tech support, they started again and repeated the same things again finding nothing wrong, they sent me to brokerage, we are now more than 30 minutes into this issue and they don't have a clue as to what is wrong, I did everything including reinstalling the software to no avail. I sent an email to Jo Spier their customer support person, she got me in the loop again, by now I was ready to kick someone did everywhere with no the same learned answers, where was the intelligent trouble shooter, I was then called by the head Options guy, Kevin, he put me back through tech support, its now hours into this problem,I assume he is giving me their best person to solve the problem, WRONG, when he gets through will the reload process I try to put up a display screen, but my layouts are gone, all seven layouts are gone, the dodo "apurva" had me do things that wiped a weeks work out. I was getting rather hyper before the trashing of my time and effort but now I was irate and let him have it with both barrels, a whole weeks work gone, no apology from him just excuses so after giving him down in the country I hung up mad as hell, next thing I know my screen goes blank and a message appears, my account has been terminated, THIS IS WHAT YOU'D EXPECT TO HAPPEN TO A CUSTOMER, they cause you problems then expect you to bow down when you are the loser, well folks I guess they think they have me by the balls but I have news for them, neither me nor anyone else should have to put up with this kind of exercising of power, especially when their average customer is worth 20,000 or more in business a year, the end of this will come when I have cost them what they have cost me, so beware if you are considering CYBERCORP, they may very well do the same to you if you don't do the worship thing, the end of this issue will come only when they realize their mistake, other wise I'll promise to let folks know to beware of CyberCorp, since they were bought by Schaub they are now the big boys and we are the slaves |
