It looks like a turn around beginning in September.
The averages are back to where they were in April.
I suspect that some of the lows are also attributable to
the summer months when all stock related activity slows a
bit because of folks taking vacations. It looks like this
also happened in prior years.
Of course, the real question is whether 9-11 provided the
boost and whether it is sustainable.
Unless INSP pulls the plug, it does not look like anyone's
death guess (based on posting averages of 500 or less a
day) will even be close to correct.
