I have read many negative posts recently and I believe many of you are losing perspective. Let's once again examine the big picture:

Q: Is there any doubt that the Globalstar network works?
A: No.

Q: Is there any doubt that the quality is good?
A: No.

Q: Is there any doubt there is demand for cell service to serve the 80% of world population that have no service?
A: No.

Q: Is there any doubt that this population will pay $1.67/min. for this service?
A: Yes.

Conclusion:
Success of GLP is not a question of quality or demand; it's a question of - at what price? GLP is currently testing the market to determine what is the highest price they can command for their unique service. No doubt if there weren't enough takers the price would be adjusted downward until there are enough. From an investment standpoint it is very comforting to know they can adjust downward DRASTICALLY and remain profitable.

From a S/H perspective I am entirely behind this approach; test the market and see what is the maximum $$ you can get for your service. Just think of the enormous profits if it did in fact succeed at $1.67/min. One way or another Globalstar will soar.
