Hi Paul, Let me second that!!! ARRRGGGHHHH!

I'm tempted to add a large block at the current price. It was after the close on Friday that I happened to note the damage done. It's been since the end of April since I last added any shares.

The i-Wave is back from High Risk to its Average Risk range right now. Larger caps are in better condition that the smaller caps right now. Here's the current IW for larger caps:

While much better than it had been for most of this year so far it's still having some internal problems.

RElative Valuation, a fourth of the IW, is only just on the threshold of its Neutral/Bullish line. This means that nearly 40% of the time the markets have shown lower relative valuation. This puts a cap on the UPSIDE of the markets as far as I'm concerned. We might rally back to previous recent highs, but will stall again and again until things get better as far as P/E goes.

I'll probably dabble on more GNSS soon, but need to do a bit of study.

Best regards, Tom
