As far as cash flow, they seem to be on track as far as contracts, but those are large government funding and small in number. They may be getting similar contracts from large corporations, but the ongoing expenses are huge including research and development. Their business plan counted on an infusion of cash by exercising the warrants, if that doesn't happen then they have to go to plan B.
I have expected the stock to be higher by now, but I think we all need to be patient. When they get closer to having regular earnings, or when they announce partnerships, or when the technology becomes wider known the stock will move up. The fact that the technology has become so small that the company can travel and demonstrate it to potential buyers means that all of the above will come to pass.
