I still think the chip sector generally is in good shape. Look at companies like amd and i'm looking at intel. I am looking to accumulate intel with these levels. I think it will probably do well. He didn't downgrade it to a hold to a sell, he downgraded it to a buy to outperform or strong buy. Generally, i think the chipmakers are going to do well. I think the real story is 6, 12, 18 months from now when the high end chips come out. I disagree with him to the extent they do think the margins will be better than maybe when he's forecasting.

This guys got his head screwed on.
