slacker-- sweetheart deal... Can you elaborate on that? I recall the MOT deal with royalties under the July 1995 and earlier patents below industry rates, and the subsequent litigation having MOT go to industry standard rates for post-1995 patent use, but I can't recall the sweetheart deal with NOK.
