The investors could sell the shares they already have to drive down the price just before conversion. $2.16 million of debt has already been converted to stock leaving $7.81 million to convert, 15% at a time. Of course they will sell the shares, but over what period of time? How they play it will determine our fortunes. A.Sarig has always said in his posts that the investors were pressing the stock for a better conversion. I had thought before that conversion would be at 3.50, limiting the # of new shares, but they have maybe 1.4 million shares already to play with. What will they do with them?
