Michael,

Amazing day. I decided last night if I found any whiff of disappointment in the earnings that I would sell 1/3 of my position at the open and then buy back a few points lower in the next few days.

So, I read the news before the open, thought there was little likelihood of much of a drop and held my position. The conference call took place with the stock about $23. Sounded very good to me. The slow growth in Europe related to the resigning of the Boole and Babbage contract. Very little Asian exposure. Lots of prospect for further growth.

Ok so I go to work and check at the close----Down 5 5/8!! Holy cow! I can only think that there were many people like me with large profits who (unlike me) were panicked by the drop and locked in profits.

So that makes for a wonderful buying opportunity. I think we will be up at least $3 tomorrow and this drop will be a bad memory in a matter of weeks.

I should also add that I heard analysts from several companies other than Oppenheimer on the conference call. A few more buy recommendations would help some in here. Just some rotation in ownership.

If anybody reading this has not been on the ride to now, hop aboard.

Elliot
