Not really - I'm not into technicals, so I could only profer thoughts geared towards physcology. I think that the keepered tech is for real, AXC will license it to a few (2-3), then utilize the tech for themselves. I don't think AXC is a takeover bid - yet. I believe that so much money is pouring into the mutual fund market, that insitutions are looking for anything that looks or sounds good. AXC has good fundementals, has sold off most debt, and refocused on research and other niche markets. Management is heading in a good direction.
Basically, I see AXC, in two to three years, in one of 2 ways: the stock will float about $15-$20 OR it will hit in a big way with some sort of technology and because of its inhouse expertise, will exploit it to its benefit (not to mention it doesn't want to flub up again, as in VCR fiascal). At that point, who knows?
Whew, sorry - whole lot of nonsense just to say I don't know. Normally I'm very brief. |
